Purpose
This register records the commercial decisions that must be owned by VinylStack before dependent agreements are approved. It prevents a solicitor, accountant, developer, provider or drafting tool from silently making a product decision on VinylStack's behalf.
Professional advisers identify legal, tax, accounting, privacy, security and platform-policy consequences. VinylStack management makes the commercial decision after considering that advice.
An unresolved launch-blocking decision keeps the affected feature fail-closed.
Decision states
| State | Meaning |

| Requires Platform Review | Apple or another distribution/payment-provider rule is unresolved. |

Decision record requirements
When a decision moves to Approved, record internally:
- decision owner and approval date;
- chosen position and rejected alternatives;
- solicitor, accountant, privacy, platform and technical advice relied upon;
- territories and product version covered;
- required implementation evidence;
- documents affected; and
- conditions that would reopen the decision.
The public version of this register may show state and product boundary. Sensitive advice, security evidence, provider terms, personal data and privileged legal communications remain in controlled internal records.
